"Buying" Carparks In Condominium

Teamcar-With the increasing number of cars per family nowadays, carpark is one of the most crucial factors for people to purchase a condominium or apartment. Some condominium do preserved one parking lot for each unit, but some tenants have to pay for each of their parking lots. Prices of parking lots of condominium in Kuala Lumpur range from RM2,000 - RM25,000 per lot. If I have 4 cars in my family, do I need to pay RM100,000 just for parking lots?
