Volkswagen offers 5 Years roadside assistan

22 April 2011 - Volkswagen Group Malaysia has announced the start of the Volkswagen five-year premium roadside assistance programme. As its title suggests, This programme provides you with a wide range of comprehensive services, anytime and anywhere in Singapore and Thailand and Malaysia (excluding all islands except Penang, Langkawi and Labuan). All you need to do is call the 24-hour toll free number to request the following services.

In the event that the vehicle is immobilised due to an accident or breakdown, you may contact our 24-hour Volkswagen Premium Roadside Assistance (VPRSA) hotline*,for immediate assistance. Should it be deemed possible for VPRSA and/or its technicians to provide minor repairs, VPRSA will arrange for such repairs on the roadside. In the event it is not possible to repair the car on the site, VPRSA shall arrange for the vehicle to be towed. They also provide more than this programme covers.

The offering announced today follows on the five-year warranty with unlimited mileage that was launched by the company last year.
